There are plenty of excellent summer destinations in the states of New England. With magnificent scenery, beautiful beaches, interesting attractions and great national parks, it certainly is a summer paradise. The best New England summer vacation adventures can be experienced in the following attractions:

· York's Wild Kingdom in Maine – Considered as the largest zoo and amusement park, it offers a variety of recreational activities. It features thrilling rides, picnic grounds, , mini golf course and numerous educational programs.

· Rhode Island South County beaches – branded as the “OceanState”, it features 411 miles of unspoiled shorelines along with wonderful beaches. Stop by one of the south county beaches and take a relaxing day at the area.

· New England Aquarium in Boston – Indulge in a great ocean exploration as you observe different varieties of marine life right the Giant Ocean Tank. Take the opportunity to view special exhibitions of insects, sea monsters, penguins and others.

· White Mountain of New Hampshire – This magnificent place provides loads of engaging summer activities. Slide down the Alpine Slides, ride the Canon aerial tramway or go for a self-guided tour at Flume Gorge.

· New Bedford Whaling National Historical Park in Massachusetts – Learn the colorful past of this historical landmark and get the chance to see the largest whaling museum.

· Mystic Seaport/Aquarium in Connecticut – Take on a unique ocean adventure and get up close with different marine life forms. Watch animal live shows, interact with penguins, see a beluga whale or meet and greet different water animals.
